I was driving to get Madi from school on Friday and this is what I saw hanging from the power lines. We went home and got the camera to take a picture. Poor guy - since he never moved I assumed that he was dead. Now I know for sure. It is Sunday evening and he still hasn't budged an inch. You think you had a bad day? What is the story behind this guy? Did he fall from the sky and get caught? Was he snuggled sweetly in his bat wings and all of a sudden a huge voltage zapped him and his heart stopped? I'm guessing he is a deaf bat. Bats can be deaf too right? Or maybe partially deaf, so his sonar didn't tell him the power lines where there and he just ran right into them.
