Last day of term and an excursion

Friday was the last day of term and Madi had an excursion to Olympic Park. She got to learn about trees, plants, animals, and how to take better care of the environment. Of course the best part was that she got to ride on a bus. When she came back she said, "Mom! Did you know that the fountains are at Olympic Park?!" She was so excited to know that she had been there before. They got to walk by the fountains and weren't allowed to take off their shoes so needless to say her shoes and socks were a little wet and smelly when she got home. She had a fantastic time on her last day of term 3....now it is two weeks spring holidays.

BTW: These are the fountains she was talking about - we went there earlier this year on a hot summer day and had a blast. Will definately be going back.
