BEACH FUN

Last Saturday was a beautiful day. Warm and sunny with a smoky smell in the air. It was a little taste of summer. So we headed to the beach. Had to take Kyle of course. To be honest since we know this will probably be our last summer here we have to head to the beach as often as possible. There are no beaches like this in Utah that is for sure - Bear Lake comes a close second, hahaha.
We found a new friend sitting right where we put down our stuff. Cooper adopted little crabbie for a while and took care of him. He didn't understand why he kept crawling out of the bucket..LOL!
We had a good time, but didn't spend much time in the water. It was still a little cold. Although the big fellas somehow didn't get that memo and went out anyway - that is until they started getting leg cramps. I put my toes in and that was fine for me. Madi went once on the boogie board and then was content to just jump the waves. Rylee is scared of the ocean again. I am curious to see how long it takes for her to be okay with the waves.
We went to Mona Vale beach which has a big hill before you hit the ocean. We put that hill to use as well - good thing Kev is around!

Let summer time fun begin!

Love that you get to go to the beach! That would be the one thing that Utah could use (besides the Great Salt Lake sand). So glad you get to go so close!

Definately go to the beach as often as possible. Just last night someone here asked me what I missed most about Australia and I said the beach. England has beaches, but the ones I've seen so far have nothing on Australia's beaches.
