The ROCKS and Sydney Observatory

Every weekend we try to go and see something around Sydney, so this weekend we went to THE ROCKS AND THE SYDNEY OBSERVATORY (and they were free). The ROCKS is the oldest part of Sydney and has many old homes and businesses. It is located by Circular Quay and across from the Opera House. It was a fun place to walk around. On the weekend they also have a market set up in the street so we browsed as well. The kids had fun dancing to music, looking in a small museum, watching them make candy at a candy shop, looking at the canons that we found, and collecting sticks on the walk to and from.

Also this week we ventured to a book store and bought some Aussie children's books - they have been fun to read. We also ordered pizza. We had a coupon to buy one large and get one large for free - the large was the size of a small in the states. The pizza was good though. That is Madi's hand that we are comparing it to.
