The other day while at the shops Cooper was on the look out for the man in red - and he happened to be in his big chair with no kids around him, so we took the opportunity to see him and sit on his lap. Unfortunately, unlike home, where they don't care if you take your own pictures, it is against the rules here. So they took pictures and I didn't want to fork over the money - they were cute though with all three kids on Santa's lap. Afterwards I had the kids put on their antlers. Santa is not skimpy here, no paper crown with a clasp that always rips and they can only wear for a few hours. They got velvet antlers which they proceeded to wear around the shops for the next hour or so. Even Rylee got in the mood and left hers on her head. Sorry, I digress, so after seeing Santa I had the kids pose for a picture by Santa's fence, so we could at least see the trees in the background. Aren't they adorable. Cooper told Santa that he wanted trains and cars, and Madi told Santa she wanted pet shops. At least they are predictable!! He tried to talk to Rylee who just stared at him - at least she didn't cry. These are the pictures from the ward party with a Santa that looks surprisingly like Bishop Mitchell - who happened to step out to get some ice at the shops!
